Keep a copy of your records in CSV and JSON, packaged in a ZIP you can save or share.

## CSV to review. JSON for the detail.

Data export puts your records in a ZIP with eight CSV files, detailed JSON and a guide. Open CSV files in a spreadsheet and keep the JSON to consult data and relationships.

The file is generated on your iPhone using the data available on the device, offline and at no extra cost.

## Take a copy with you.

1. **Open data export** In Finyvo Settings, find the data section and open export.

2. **Save the file** Use the iOS options to save or share the ZIP to your chosen destination.

3. **Check the contents** Open the guide and the CSV you need. Keep the JSON too if you want the detail of exported relationships.

## With the context of your records.

The JSON may include refund links and retained Apple Pay capture evidence. Pending captures do not become expenses simply because they appear in an export.

Export lets you take and consult your data. Importing transactions does not restore the entire state of Finyvo or reactivate connections or automations.

## Decide what to share.

Finyvo does not encrypt exported files. Anyone with access to them can read the information they contain.

Before sharing, check which files and data the recipient needs. The app’s private viewing mode does not hide amounts in exports.

### Do I need to pay to take my data?

No. Data export is included in Free and Plus.

### Can I export without internet?

Yes. Exporting data available on the device works offline.

### Does the file restore Apple Pay on another iPhone?

No. Connections and automations are configured per device. Importing transactions does not restore the entire app.

### Does private mode hide file amounts?

No. Private viewing mode does not mask exported data.
