# Pay with Apple Pay. Record it in Finyvo.

Connect purchases through Shortcuts, choose a wallet for each currency and review anything that needs your attention.

## A connection you set up.

Finyvo receives the information sent by a personal Shortcuts automation when a compatible purchase triggers it. You choose the card and the destination wallets.

This connection does not access your entire Wallet history or download past transactions. It does not connect your bank or process the payment: it organizes the purchase record.

## Start with your card.

Set up the connection on the iPhone where you will use it. Personal automations are managed in Shortcuts.

1. **Open Apple Pay purchases** In Finyvo Settings, open Integrations, then Apple Pay purchases. Start setting up a connection.

2. **Choose destinations** Select the wallets where purchases should be recorded. Set a destination for each currency you will use.

3. **Complete the automation** Follow Finyvo’s guide to configure the transaction trigger in Shortcuts, select your card and pass the purchase information.

4. **Check your first capture** After a compatible purchase, review the transaction in Finyvo. If it is pending, resolve it before considering it recorded.

## Review is part of the process.

An unresolved currency or possible duplicate needs your attention. Review the capture, link it to an existing transaction when appropriate, record the correct charge or discard it.

When paying in another currency, check the amount and destination wallet. Your bank’s final charge may include its own conversion or fees.

If a purchase does not arrive, check that the automation is active in Shortcuts and uses the right card. Execution depends on iOS; Finyvo cannot record a capture it never receives.

## Pause whenever you need.

Pausing or revoking a connection changes how new captures are received; it does not delete saved transactions.

Financial records can sync through your private iCloud. The connection and automation are configured per device. Importing a data file does not reactivate them.

## Included in your plan

Apple Pay is included in Free and Plus. Free supports two active wallets; Plus removes that plan limit.

## Your questions, answered

### Do I need Plus for Apple Pay?

No. Both plans include it, subject to their wallet limits.

### Does it import previous Wallet purchases?

No. It records captures received from a personal Shortcuts automation. It does not access the general Wallet history.

### Does a pending capture already count as spending?

No. Review and resolve it to create a transaction or link it when appropriate.

### What about another iPhone?

Set up the connection and personal automation on each device where you want to use them.
